Do we offer a refund? All our products are personalised to each individual customer, due to this we do not offer any refunds unless the product is damaged on arrival. If your product does arrive in unusable or damaged condition, you must contact us at; Hudsonsprintedgifts@gmail.com Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. You must include, order number,Name and proof of damages.

How long does it take to receive? All products are made within 2-4 working days before collection or Postage:

How do I receive my order? Collection is available from LI18 or postage is available via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked or 24 hour tracked.

Please Ensure All personalisation is correct before paying, you will have 2 hours after placing order for any amending.
